Paul Davis Restoration of Cleveland Metro & Akron are owned by John Lawrence and Nick Piccirillo, who purchased the franchise in 2023. They are both are leaders in the emergency services industry with over a decade of experience in leading mitigation and reconstruction and are now owners of Paul Davis of Cleveland Metro & Akron. During their leadership, we have set the industry standard for emergency mitigation services with responsive 24/7 service, specific certification standards, dedicated staff and clear communication to handle any size project for residential and commercial properties throughout Greater Cleveland and Northeast Ohio.

For over 40 years Paul Davis has helped businesses and families throughout Greater Cleveland and Northeast Ohio — Cuyahoga, Lake, Geauga, Ashtabula, Summit, Portage and Stark counties — when they experience water, fire, smoke, storm and mold damages. Paul Davis was founded on September 11, 1984 by Harry Stone in Chagrin Falls, OH. During his 20 years of leadership, Harry developed his Paul Davis office into one of the premier restoration companies in Northeast Ohio. On July 1, 2004, Jeff Suszynski transitioned ownership and continued to grow and expand the services provided by Paul Davis and retired in 2022, before selling the franchise to John Lawrence and Nick Piccirillo.
